Darren has a Master’s Degree in Accounting from BYU with an Information Systems Minor. He is a Certified Management Accountant and an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He’s been a Big 4 auditor, an analyst at multiple Fortune 500 companies, and has spent the past decade leading strategic initiatives. He’s a big fan of Lean and the Toyota Production System and has spent the past 15-years adapting these principles to non-manufacturing environments. His favorite thought leader is Clayton Christensen and his favorite quote is, “People don’t want to buy a quarter-inch drill. They want a quarter-inch hole!”
